Privacy Policy

Social Summit ("we", "us", "our") provides automation services that connect to Google products such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets via n8n. This Privacy Policy explains what we access, how we use it, and how you can control it.

Information We Access

- **Google account info** (name, email) when you authorize our app.

- **Google API data** limited to the scopes you grant (e.g., emails/metadata for Gmail, events for Calendar, spreadsheet content for Sheets) solely to execute your requested automations.

- **OAuth tokens** necessary to maintain the connection. Tokens are stored securely by our automation platform (n8n) and are encrypted at rest.

How We Use Information

- To run automations you enable (e.g., send or label emails, manage calendar events, read/write spreadsheet rows).

- To maintain, secure, and improve our services.

Sharing

We do **not** sell or share your Google data with third parties. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security

Connections use HTTPS and industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to authorized staff operating on a need-to-know basis.

Retention

We retain only what is required to operate automations (e.g., tokens, minimal logs). You may revoke access at any time.

Your Controls

- **Revoke access:** visit [Google Account > Security > Third-party access](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) and remove "Social Summit".

- **Data deletion:** email [socialsummitautomations@gmail.com](mailto:socialsummitautomations@gmail.com) with the subject _Delete My Data_. We will remove stored tokens and related records within 30 days unless a shorter period is required.

Google Limited Use Compliance

For Gmail-connected features, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
